Order Support

We will try our best to handle your orders and ship them to you as soon as possible. We will notify you by email, fax or phone if any of the products is in back-order, and let you know as soon as the products are back in stock. Usually we ship out the order within 24 hours once your order is approved, but in some unexpected/unusual conditions we will try to ship out your order within 48 hours.

To Order:

Following information will be needed to process your order:

  • Item catalog number, description, and number of units
  • A non-residential shipping address, phone number, and Fax number (optional)
  • Billing address, phone number, Fax number (if different from shipping address)
  • Preferred shipping method
  • Payment option: Credit Card payment or purchase order (including PO number).

To place an order:

Through online ordering: use the shopping cart system at our website, and follow the checking out instruction. All four major credit cards are accepted as payment.

Through Email: Email your order to sales@cellagentech.com.
If the order will be paid by credit card, you will be contacted for detailed credit card information (do not include credit card information in Email).

Through FAX: FAX your order to 858-228-9964

Through Phone: Call 858-633-8197, or Toll-free 1-855-CELLAGEN (credit card order can be processed over the phone)


Sales TAX: Order delivered to California address will be charged with 8.00% sales TAX.


Shipping:

For the order to the continental 48 US States:
FedEx Standard overnight: $35/order for shipping and handling
FedEx Dry Ice overnight: $100/order for shipping and handling
Other shipping method available, please inquire.

For the order to Canada and other international destinations:
