VAMNE Magnetic Cell/Tissue Total RNA Kit (Prepackaged) is designed for the extraction of high-purity RNA from cells and animal tissues, achieving high-throughput processing of samples. The kit is based on superparamagnetic particle purification technology with an optimized reagent system, which can effectively remove various impurities and specifically bind nucleic acids. DNase I can efficiently eliminate DNA. The fully automated workflow is simple, rapid, and safe. The obtained RNA can be directly used for downstream molecular biology applications such as RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, Northern blot, Dot blot, in vitro translation, and Next-generation sequencing.

Performance
Streamlined Workflow
Excellent Performance
We evaluated the performance of RMA3302 (paired with Vazyme #VNP-32P) and RMA3303 (paired with Vazyme #VNP-96P) against comparable products from Supplier A/B, as well as Vazyme’s own precipitation-based RNA extraction kit (#R411) and column-based RNA extraction kit (#RC112). Testing was performed across a variety of tissue and cell samples, with RNA products analyzed via electrophoresis and purity assessment.
Results demonstrate that RNA isolated with RMA3302 and RMA3303 exhibits clear, bright bands on the electrophoresis gel. The OD260/280 and OD260/230 ratios are close to standard values, confirming high RNA purity.
According to the quantification and 4200 TapeStation analysis of RNA isolated from PBMC samples with varying input amounts, the results demonstrated that RNA from all tested inputs exhibited consistently high integrity with RIN values above 9 — with RMA3302 and RMA101-C2 delivering particularly stable and high integrity scores up to 9.6 — while RMA3302 also showed excellent purity, as evidenced by its high A260/280 ratios (≥2.00) and A260/230 ratios (peaking at 1.98), and clear, intact bands on TapeStation electrophoresis profiles further confirmed robust RNA quality across all sample input levels.
