Product Introduction
This kit can rapidly extract total RNA from plant tissues. The kit contains two solution systems, which can be used to extract RNA from various simple plants and polysaccharides & polyphenolics-rich plants. The kit is based on the silicone membrane purification technology. High-quality RNA can be extracted without phenol/chloroform, ß-mercaptoethanol, or any other toxic reagent and time-consuming alcohol precipitation during the extraction process. Meanwhile, the kit can efficiently remove gDNA, proteins and other impurities. The entire process just take 11 minute. The extraction product can be used for RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR, microarray analysis and other downstream experiments.
