Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (A/I/P) (Arthropoda/Insects/Parasites) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA of arthropods, insects, and parasites, such as Spodoptera frugiperda, Trichoplusia ni, Pieris rapae, Mythimna separata, Bactrocera dorsalis, Apis cerana, Aedes albopictus, and Poecilobdella manillensis. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
