Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (AA) (Aquatic Animals) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA of aquatic species, such as Ostrea, Litopenaeus vannamei, Hexagrammos otakii, and Acipenser brevirostrum. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
