Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (Bacteria) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
