Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (Model Species) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA derived from model species, such as Danio rerio, Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila melanogaster, and Tetrahymena. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
