Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (P/B) (Poultry/Birds) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA of poultry and birds, such as Gallus gallus, Anas platyrhynchos, Cuculus canorus, Melopsittacus undulatus, and Accipiter gentilis. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
