Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (Plant) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 2 μg total RNA derived from a wide range of plants, including Arabidopsis thaliana, Nicotiana tabacum, Triticum aestivum, Zea mays, Populus tomentosa, Actinidia chinensis, Ginkgo biloba, and Gossypium hirsutum. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
