Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (R/M) (Reptilia/Mammal) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA of reptiles (e.g., Sphenomorphus and Enhydris plumbea) and mammals (e.g., Sus scrofa, Bos frontalis, and Ovis aries). Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.
