VAHTS mRNA Capture Beads (Ultrapure Plate) are Oligo (dT)-coupled 1 μm paramagnetic microspheres designed for isolating poly(A)+ RNA from purified total RNA, with the purified mRNA applicable to RNA library preparation and other applications. The optimized plate-based kit streamlines the workflow, allowing experiments to be completed within 1 h and enabling compatibility with automation platforms.

Performance
Using 500 ng of total RNA from seven different species as input, libraries were prepared in parallel with Vazyme #RNB702 and Vazyme #NRB616 via manual and automated methods. Library yields from manual preparation and automated workstations (VNL-96P and MGISP-960) were comparable, with replicate CV remaining below 20% and total mapping rates consistently above 90%, demonstrating the high consistency and reliability of both workflows.
