Product Description
2 × Phanta Ultra Master Mix is a new generation high-fidelity DNA polymerase carefully selected based on the BioSmart platform, featuring ultra-high fidelity, 5 sec/kb rapid amplification, and broad Tm value compatibility. Combined with the latest hot-start technology and superior buffer system, this product demonstrates high success rate and specificity at universal annealing temperature, enabling amplification of fragments up to 40 kb in length. Its fidelity is up to 200-fold higher than that of Taq polymerase, providing an efficient and convenient solution for PCR experiments requiring highly accurate amplification, such as molecular cloning, sequencing, and site-directed mutagenesis. The amplification products are blunt-ended, subsequently applicable for ClonExpress Ultra One Step Cloning Kit V3 (Vazyme #C117).

Ultra-High Fidelity
The fidelity amplification of different polymerases was determined using the next-generation sequencing method (P. Mielinis. et al. Journal of Molecular Biology (2021)). The result shows that the fidelity of Phanta Ultra DNA Polymerase is ~200 times that of Taq DNA Polymerase.

Universal Program
2 × Phanta Ultra Master Mix (Vazyme #P518)/2 × Phanta Ultra Master Mix (Dye Plus) (Vazyme #P528) were used for parallel comparison with Supplier A, Supplier B. The results show that P518 and P528 have broad Tm com-patibility and outperform Suppliers A, and B. They can efficiently amplify multiple fragments of varying lengths and Tm values on a single PCR machine.
