The AccurSTART One Step RT-PCR Kit(Dye Plus) is a one-step RT-PCR reagent kit for detection using RNA as the template. The kit has been optimized to enable a single-tube workflow that combines reverse transcriptase, DNA polymerase, and buffer. The upgraded reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase used in combination enhance assay specificity, amplification yield, and sensitivity. The reagents include a red tracking dye, allowing the products to be loaded directly onto a gel after the reaction, making the workflow convenient and fast. The kit is supplied with a 5× gDNA Wiper component to further remove genomic DNA from RNA samples, making amplification results more accurate and reliable. The AccurSTART One Step RT-PCR Kit can detect as little as 0.1 pg of total RNA, consistently amplifies fragments up to 10 kb, and is compatible with multiplex amplification systems, ensuring high yield and high sensitivity in RT-PCR reactions.
