The HiScript-TS 5'/3' RACE Kit enables efficient synthesis of full-length cDNA from RNA templates and rapid amplification of either the 5' or 3' cDNA ends. It includes all necessary components for both 5' and 3' RACE, allowing users to choose according to experimental needs. The kit features a directionally modified reverse transcriptase with Template-Switching (TS) activity, enabling adapter-free cDNA synthesis. The high-fidelity PCR Mix ensures accurate and reliable amplification. Reagents are supplied as convenient premixed formulations, simplifying the workflow and reducing contamination risk. All components are rigorously quality-controlled and functionally validated to ensure consistent and reproducible results.
