It can effectively reduce the series structure formed between different library molecules due to the annealing between joints during hybridization, so as to reduce the non-specific hybridization and improve the medium target rate of hybridization capture reaction. Post-PCR Primer Mix for IlluminA-TS is a universal amplification primer directed to Illumina's TruSeq DNA library.
