VAHTS Universal V10 RNA-seq Library Prep Kit (Plate) is a plate-based transcriptome library preparation kit specifically developed for Illumina and MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. It contains two types of cDNA second strand synthesis reagents, allowing the selection of either non-stranded transcriptome or stranded transcriptome library preparation as needed. The pre-aliquoted plate-based reagents streamline automated workstation workflows, and the pipetting-free operation ensures consistency. It is compatible with multiple species while delivering a high library yield.

Performance
Using 500 ng of total RNA from seven different species as input, libraries were prepared in parallel with Vazyme #RNB702 and Vazyme #NRB616 via manual and automated methods. Library yields from manual preparation and automated workstations (VNL-96P and MGISP-960) were comparable, with replicate CV remaining below 20% and total mapping rates consistently above 90%, demonstrating the high consistency and reliability of both workflows.
